My driver was 20 minutes late for a scheduled ride. His car smelled like B.O. the entire time. He couldn't drive for crap. AND He dropped us off at the wrong gate for the Chiefs game. Said it would be faster. I made him stop the car and we just got out I couldn't stand him a moment longer. Instead we had to walk around the entire stadium to get to the correct side. AND THEY PULLED A TIP FROM MY CARD THAT I NEVER AUTHORIZED! App works nice, shows how far away driver is. You can tip with the app (unlike Uber which requires you to have cash). Minor app integration problem, the ride didn't show as complete when we arrived at destination so it had to be manually entered by driver.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">Cee Cee:</span> Smh My driver wasn't very friendly.... The system kicked me about 3x before I was able to set up my account, but within 5 minutes, I hailed my 1st cab & I've been using it, up to 2x a day, w/similar results, for about 4 weeks, as I post this. I even scheduled a ride & the car arrived 5 min. early. Once you set it up, it's super easy to use. You can see where your cab is & who is driving it. **Foul wx update: it did take longer to locate a driver & for him to arrive, but the timing was decent.<br /><br /><span style="color:red">:</span> I had a 20$ free credit to use. When I reached my destination it told the driver I was paying cash when I was CLEARLY only taking Ztrip to use the 20$ credit ( I normally uber) so he's expecting cash so we had to call the Ztrip company to explain what happend, she credited the driver for the ride and I ended up stuck paying the 14$. At the end of the ride the driver still had to run credit card and I tipped him cash then I find out the next day they charged my card another 20% total rip off!! Don't use it. Cabs are so shady!! I really can't believe the progressive town of Austin is so backwards that they won't allow Uber. Worst mistake using this app. Once my free credits are up im uninstalling the app. Update: officially done with this app. Cab driver signaled he would picke me up then took two other fares before even dispatch decided to do something. Cab 207 is a menace and i would never ride it if you are in MD. Dont use Yellow or Checker period. I used a lift to get home. When I arrived I found a charge for 62. Try and dispute? The best part about using this app is the GPS tracker - I'm able to watch the cab that accepted my booking while it's on the way to me! The permission isn't even optional because their app is poorly written. I won't use ztrip if they want to steal my contacts. Learn new Android and fix your app so users can avoid sharing their address book with you.
